Housekeeper


Housekeepers needed for a high-end, 8 room Inn located in the heart of Lenox. Experience is required, previous Inn or Bed & Breakfast experience is highly desired. This individual will be cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, common areas, kitchen and dining space as well as doing laundry tasks. Must be extremely meticulous with the thought that no detail is too small. The right candidate understands the need for a high-level of guest service as they would be a part of a team to make the guest’s experience excellent and memorable. Proven reliability is needed. Part and full-time positions are available; mornings, weekends and holidays are required and a part of the normal schedule.

Assistant Innkeeper


Assistant Innkeeper is needed for a high-end, 8 room Inn located in the heart of Lenox. Previous experience working in an Inn or Bed & Breakfast is highly desired. The right candidate would be an organized person who multi-tasks with ease whose highest motivation is to provide the guests with an excellent and memorable experience that is beyond their expectations. Duties will include guest relations including checking in and out, making reservations, communicating with guests via telephone and email, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance for swift resolutions to any problems. Making and serving breakfast to guests will also be a responsibility. The ideal person is familiar with the local area including most cultural attractions. A positive & friendly attitude is required, excellent verbal and written skills are needed. Must be available for flexible hours including mornings and evenings, the regular schedule will include weekends and holidays.

Junior Online Merchandiser


Reports to: Online Merchandising Manager

Primary Responsibility: Verifying the accuracy of product and image assets, as well as categories on the site with a goal of the best customer experience. Own the accuracy of online data and images.

Evaluated On: Smooth process for adding new products to the site with the emphasis on accuracy. Product and category accuracy on the site. Clear communication of any areas that need attention or have issues on the site.

  • Coordinate the smooth process of adding new products and collections to all websites
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for the launch of new campaigns
  • Audit websites for correct products, copy, images, content, promotion info, product descriptions and meta-data
  • Update and maintain categories, visual assets and product data in web platform (Hybris)
  • Run weekly and monthly reports for Merchandising Manager
  • Upload product images and web assets to image server
  • Maintain mobile website images, merchandising, and information
  • Effectively manage time and workflow
  • Other duties as needed


  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • 0-1+ years of merchandising, marketing, web analytics or database management experience, preferably with an online focus
  • Proven interest in and strong working knowledge of marketing and merchandising.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe proficiency including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Indesign.
  • Must have excellent proof reading, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to take initiative, think creatively and solve problems.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team liaison skills.

    Content Marketing Associate

    The Annie Selke Companies seeks a self-motivated, full-time Content Marketing Associate. This person must hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field. You must also have 1-2 years professional marketing experience with a strong writing background. You must be able to think strategically and understand how writing for business enhances a company’s marketing strategy.

    The Content Marketing Associate will perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining and updating all website information, including but not limited to meta descriptions, error messages, auto responses, and customer e-mail notifications, including the writing of information in clear, on-brand language, adhering to SEO best practices.
  • Updating content for customer service training documents.
  • Assist with content development and coordination.
  • Maintaining content/copy library
  • Facilitating the proofreading process of catalogs and other print materials
  • Proofreading a variety of materials, including but not limited to marketing emails and catalogs
  • Additional content needs as required.

  • The Content Marketing Associate must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading ability
  • Ability to take direction and guidance
  • A willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team

    Electrician

    Licensed electrician needed for maintenance and facility management dept. This is a multi-faceted position that will not only include electrical work but also carpentry, basic plumbing, landscape & snow removal, warehouse support and other projects as needed. Work includes both maintaining the inside and outside of the facility. A valid, Massachusetts Electrical license is necessary for this position. This is a full time, year-round position with an excellent benefit package. Position is contingent on a favorable background check.

    Order Picking & Warehouse Shipping Associates

    Detail-oriented warehouse worker needed on first and second shift for a wholesale rug company. Duties will include picking stock to fill orders, packing orders for shipping, stocking shelves and unloading shipping containers.


    Qualifications:

  • Must be able to accurately read item codes, document inventory adjustments and complete paperwork or basic computer work as needed.
  • Must have a consistent work history with proven reliability.
  • Previous Shipping or warehouse experience is helpful, but will train the right person.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. continuously throughout the day.

  • First shift runs Mon-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
    Second shift runs Mon-Thurs, 2pm-12 midnight.

    Quality Control Inspector

    Detail-oriented person needed to perform final visual inspections of textile products including measuring, checking for color and material flaws. QC Inspectors will also fold, package, and label the final product. 1+ year of QC experience is desired. Basic computer skills are necessary to look up product specifications and print labels. Must be able to continuously lift boxes throughout the day weighing up to 50 lbs. and be able to stand all day.
