Data Analyst

Primary Responsibility:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze product lifecycle data, in order to make data-driven recommendations to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze business procedures and recommend specific requirements that will allow product data to be more accurate and accessible.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Gather, format, and analyze data throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns using statistical techniques.
  • Format reports in charts, graphs and tables that easily translate into actionable items.
  • Monitor product performance, identify improvements, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Conduct full lifecycle analysis to include data requirements, structure, and design.
  • Maintain the highest level of accuracy of product data by filtering and cleaning data.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data by monitoring master data including creation and updates.

    Content Marketing Associate

    The Annie Selke Companies seeks a self-motivated, full-time Content Marketing Associate.  This person must hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field. You must also have 1-2 years professional marketing experience with a strong writing background. You must be able to think strategically and understand how writing for business enhances a company’s marketing strategy.

    The Content Marketing Associate will perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Maintaining and updating all website information, including but not limited to meta descriptions, error messages, auto responses, and customer e-mail notifications, including the writing of information in clear, on-brand language, adhering to SEO best practices.
  • Updating content for customer service training documents.
  • Assist with content development and coordination.
  • Maintaining content/copy library.
  • Facilitating the proofreading process of catalogs and other print materials.
  • Proofreading a variety of materials, including but not limited to marketing emails and catalogs.

    Licensed electrician needed for maintenance and facility management dept. This is a multi-faceted position that will not only include electrical work but also carpentry, basic plumbing, landscape & snow removal, warehouse support and other projects as needed. Work includes both maintaining the inside and outside of the facility. A valid, Massachusetts Electrical license is necessary for this position. This is a full time, year-round position with an excellent benefit package. Position is contingent on a favorable background check.

    Order Picking & Warehouse Shipping Associates

    Detail-oriented warehouse worker needed on first and second shift for a wholesale rug company. Duties will include picking stock to fill orders, packing orders for shipping, stocking shelves and unloading shipping containers.


  • Must be able to accurately read item codes, document inventory adjustments and complete paperwork or basic computer work as needed.
  • Must have a consistent work history with proven reliability.
  • Previous Shipping or warehouse experience is helpful, but will train the right person.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. continuously throughout the day.

  • First shift runs Mon-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
    Second shift runs Mon-Thurs, 2pm-12 midnight.

    Accounts Payable Associate

    We are seeking an experienced, full time Accounts Payable Associate. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of our AP cycle including matching packing slips and reviewing all vendor invoices for accuracy, seeking approvals as needed, resolving any discrepancies, processing the invoices in our system, and generating checks for payment, initial vendor file set up including obtaining W9’s and Certificates of Insurance as well as general maintenance of files. This person will also be the main contact for vendor inquires regarding AP issues. This position is also responsible for reconciling credit card statements, processing expense reports and verifying compliance of company policy, assisting with weekly and monthly reporting and monthly closings, as well as cross training for support when needed with collection calls and other AR duties.

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high volume, fast paced environment with the ability to work independently on daily tasks. 2 + years of progressive experience in payables related processing and general ledger knowledge is required. An Associate's Degree in Accounting is preferred, but not required. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting related programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and vendors. Excellent organizational skills are needed and must possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task without compromising accuracy and timeliness of end products.
