We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates for our picking, packing, replenishment and receiving functions.


Job Description:

Must be able to:

  • Repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand for long periods of time as well as climb, kneel or squat as needed.
  • Receive and put away inbound product.
  • Meet accuracy requirements.
  • Identify process issues such as inventory control issues, replenishment/stocking errors, and present them to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Successfully work independently and in a team environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance standards of the position.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Warehouse equipment experience a plus, however will train as necessary

    Inventory Control Specialist

    Reporting to the Director of Warehouse, the Inventory Control Specialist will maintain the company’s inventory processes within the warehouse, plan and oversee the cycle count program, ensure appropriate replenishment of all primary locations and other duties as needed.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • 2 -4 inventory employees

  • Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintains consistent records of inventory, in conjunction with Product Lifecycle adjustment.
  • Provides daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
  • Provides inventory reporting to Product Lifecycle, Director of Warehouse and VP of Finance.
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with all departments.
  • Maintains accurate daily records of Inventory movement and cycle counts.
  • Manages and maintains the cycle count program; facilitates the ability to cycle count 100% of physical inventory at least once per fiscal year.
  • Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory, and inventory verification requests from Customer Service or Product Lifecycle.
  • Achieve a minimum of 97% inventory record accuracy
  • Assists with planning and executing periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.
  • Operates forklift truck when necessary

  • Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times and have the ability to reach both high and low items.

  • Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Administration, Supply Chain, and/or 5+ years working experience in a retail/wholesale distribution setting
  • Possess a relevant professional qualification and/or 5 years of warehouse experience to include inventory in a retail/wholesale distribution setting.
  • Experience with computerized inventory and scanning systems required.
  • Working experience with a WMS, MRP or ERP, SAP ByDesign experience a plus.
  • Experience with reporting and report building tools, Smartsheet and Tableau experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively manage time and resolve crises.
  • Proficient with MS Office Software, specifically Excel
  • Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision while being productive, efficient and effective
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with Senior Leadership and Hourly Associates.

    Order Picking & Warehouse Shipping Associates

    Detail-oriented warehouse worker needed on first and second shift for a wholesale rug company. Duties will include picking stock to fill orders, packing orders for shipping, stocking shelves and unloading shipping containers.


    Qualifications:

  • Must be able to accurately read item codes, document inventory adjustments and complete paperwork or basic computer work as needed.
  • Must have a consistent work history with proven reliability.
  • Previous Shipping or warehouse experience is helpful, but will train the right person.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. continuously throughout the day.

  • First shift runs Mon-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
    Second shift runs Mon-Thurs, 2pm-12 midnight.
