How We Hue: Our Favorite Farrow & Ball® Paint Colors

September has been a busy, exciting month for everyone here at Annie Selke. We recently launched our first retail catalog and are thrilled to share it with all of you!

We fully admit to a long-standing obsession with Farrow & Ball paint and thought it would only be natural to showcase our favorite colors throughout the catalog (on the cover – Winborne White and Smoked Trout). Read on to learn which colors we chose for our rooms, and be sure to note your favorites in the comments!

Page four - our Ines and Brussels bedding is set against a beautiful light pink wall. Subtle and sophisticated, Farrow & Ball’s Calamine helped us create a romantic space with just the right amount of femininity.

Up next, our Linen Chenille Duvet, Bolly Decorative Pillow and Pink Silken Solid Sheet Set come together to create a bed that looks luxurious and oh-so-inviting. A soothing medley of the various greys, taupes and rosey hues seen throughout the space, Farrow & Ball’s Smoked Trout proved to be the perfect paint choice here.

Flip to pages 14 and 15 and feast your eyes on one swoon-worthy spread featuring our Richmond Sofa and coordinating pillows, Fez Hand-Knotted Rug and Laundered Cotton Throw in Terra-Cotta. Farrow & Ball’s Hague Blue helped us achieve a more dramatic and eclectic look in this space.

Our Meadow Lane Collection, featured on pages 32 and 33, represents iconic Hamptons Style in all its classic sophistication. One of Annie’s go-to hues, Farrow & Ball’s Winborne White perfectly complements our Saybrook Sofa and Samson and Jute Rugs.

This cozy vignette, found on pages 38 and 39, features our Temple Rug, Saybrook Sofa, Norfolk Ottoman and pillows from our new Berkshire Collection. As much as we adore each and every Annie Selke product in this set-up, we are in love with the wall color. Used here, Farrow & Ball’s Dove Tail adds just the right amount of richness and warmth to the space.
